By engaging SecureGarden Growth for gardening services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include garden design, landscape installation, maintenance, and related horticultural services.

Payment Terms

• Consultation fees are due at time of service
• Project payments: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
• Maintenance services: Monthly billing, payment due within 30 days
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Service Scope

Our services are performed according to agreed specifications. Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing and timeline.

Plant Warranties

• New plantings: 90-day warranty with proper care
• Warranty void if watering instructions not followed
• Weather-related damage not covered
• Replacement at cost of materials only

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, property damage beyond our work area, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48-hour notice. Emergency weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge.
